Jaehyeok Bae

Jaehyeok Bae is an IMSI Research Lab alumnus who is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. During his time at IMSI Research Lab, he made significant contributions to computer vision and medical imaging research. He graduated Summa cum laude (5th place out of 148) from Seoul National University with a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

His research focuses on developing real-time sampling pattern optimization methods and motion correction techniques for deep learning-based accelerated MRI. He has published extensively in top-tier conferences including ICCV, ECCV, and MICCAI, with recent work receiving Magna Cum Laude recognition at ISMRM 2025.
